Moringa Burger Patties Recipe – Moringa For Kids

Welcome to Moringa for Kids—where we cook, play, and grow with Moringa.

At Moringa For Life, we believe that sharing the power of Moringa is about more than nutrition—it’s about connection. Food is family, culture, and joy. That’s why our founder, Mariko, once again stepped into the kitchen with her grandsons Davis and Wesley and granddaughter Saige to make one of their new favorite dishes: Moringa Burger Patties.

This recipe, from Mohana Gill’s Moringalicious Malaysia children’s cookbook, takes a classic comfort food and gives it a nutritious twist. With a spoonful of Moringa powder mixed right into the patties, each bite is packed with plant-based power—turning an everyday burger into a superfood meal kids (and parents) love.

For Davis, it was love at first bite—he declared Moringa Burgers his favorite! And Wesley? He said he’d definitely eat them as a regular meal at home. Saige, wasn’t convinced, at first, but she came around. When kids enjoy healthy food, you know you’ve done something right.

Cooking together transforms ordinary moments into lasting memories. For Mariko, these simple recipes are more than just family time—they’re lessons in sustainability, creativity, and love for the earth. For the boys, it’s hands-on learning they can taste.

That’s the heart of Moringa for Kids: discovering how Moringa can nourish our bodies while connecting us to nature and to each other. Whether it’s flipping pancakes, grilling burgers, or planting trees, every action brings us closer to a future rooted in health, happiness, and harmony.

Why Kids Love It

  • Bright green color makes it fun and exciting.
  •  A salty and savory mix tastes delicious, not scary and “healthy”
  • Cooking together builds confidence, creativity, and connection.
